If you examine future trends against the background of the major economic and ecological, social and cultural changes which are taking place, it is clear that a change in attitude has to take place which will lead to those resources which are still available being utilised as conservatively as possible, with the greatest possible protection being given to the environment. We at Euromanagers, together with our valued partners from the field of fish and algae breeding, therefore pursue all activities according to the guiding principles of the company:

We support companies and ideas that pursue the goal of sustainably securing worldwide nutrition with innovative approaches from aquaculture and not only share our ecological and economical views, but can also also guarantee professional technical implementation and the corresponding facilities for operation.
Ecological approach: the ecological contribution of innovative aquaculture is to drastically reduce industrial fish consumption to ensure the eco-cycles in the sea, to meet the massively increasing demand for fish in closed farms and, primarily, to avoid the use of chemical substances and antibiotics to protect the consumer and the environment. The operators and developers of closed aquacultures supported by us possess filtering technologies that allow leftover fish food and fish excrement to be continuously filtered out, thereby drastically reducing the need for fresh water. The subsequent use of fish excrement as dung for plant structures leads to a further positive bio-cycle.
Economical approach: the economical contribution is generated by reducing feed quantities to one quarter, replacing expensive fish food with significantly cheaper plant-based feeding stuff, supplying the fish with omega-3 fatty acids in algae in a highly concentrated form and reducing the total feed quantities from 4 kg industrial fish to 1 kg feed supplement. Thanks to the closed, stress-free breeding, maximum growth and an above-average yield are achieved within a short space of time. Secure jobs are created thanks to the closed cycle farms, which are not endangered by external factors.
